Hi, I’m Kim! I am a self taught baker of all things sweet. I learned to bake when I moved to the UK when I found a lack of boxed cake mix. Making simple cakes for my family and friends turned into making cakes and treats for our church cafe on Sunday evenings to now making cakes for all occasions.
